Initial license is perpetual, and provides one year of free upgrade. After the first year, each year of upgrades can be purchased for 50% of the product price, if purchased within a month of previous upgrade's expiration. The buyer has the right to use the license even if the upgrade period has expired; there are NO royalty fees on any of our products.
